Do you currently work in the Domiciliary Care sector, as a Senior Care Worker or a Care Coordinator, then we may have the perfect role for you.

Reporting to the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will be managing the Care team ensuring that they are happy within their roles, completing relevant compliance checks for both care workers and service users, rota management and completing on call on a rota basis.

**_Duties and responsibilities: _**
- Rota Management
- ensuring all care calls have been allocated and attended.
- Liaising with relevant health care professionals and local authorities/councils.
- Communicating with care workers, service users and family members.
- Supporting with care calls when required and completing on call on a rota basis.
- Completing comprehensive assessments with new service users.
- Keeping up to date with care workers, spot checks, supervisions and appraisals.

**_Essential Requirements: _**
- Previous experience within the Domiciliary care sector.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Great organisational skills.
- Willing to take part in care calls when needed
- a requirement to support with weekend cover when needed.
- Full UK driving license.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warrington, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Domiciliary Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervisory Role: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
