**Influencer Outreach Executive - Liverpool - Up to £27,000 - Beauty**

Our client, a rapidly expanding beauty brand, is seeking an energetic new addition to their team. They need someone with a love of beauty and fashion as well as the media who will implement their communications and marketing strategies. Building loyal followers of the brand on all relevant channels through identifying relevant influencers.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Outreach Executive**:

- Make strong relationships with key influencers on social platforms and using this execute strategy and increase brand awareness, presence and website traffic
- Manage and develop celebrity partnerships within the sector.
- Take full ownership of existing partners.
- Develop innovative ideas to develop the channel.
- Manage outreach budgets on a monthly basis, reviewing for best return on investment
- Analyse campaign activity and troubleshoot any issues detected.
- Be an ambassador for the brand and build brand presence.
- Build strong internal relationships with key teams.
- Support the team across ongoing projects.
- An experienced negotiator and managing large budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- This person needs to have a passion for the industry, keeping up to date with the latest trends, developments, and creative styles to present to the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong team player
- Sales focused and goal orientated
- Positive and enthusiastic with an organised approach to work
- Experience in the world of fast fashion / beauty / accessories will be hugely beneficial for this role
