**Key Responsibilities:
**1. **Influencer Outreach and Management**: - Identify and research fashion influencers who align with Rare London's brand values and target audience. - Establish and maintain relationships with influencers to promote brand advocacy. - Negotiate collaboration terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of influencer content. - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and generate reports on key metrics.

2. **User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy**: - Develop and execute strategies to encourage customers to create and share content featuring Rare London products. - Organize and promote campaigns, contests, and other initiatives to drive UGC. - Curate high-quality UGC for use across Rare London's social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

3. **Content Creation and Management**: - Collaborate with influencers and customers to produce engaging, on-brand content. - Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. - Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer and UGC content into broader marketing strategies.

4. **Social Media Engagement**: - Actively engage with Rare London's online community across social media platforms. - Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

5. **Collaboration and Coordination**: - Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align influencer and UGC activities with overall marketing goals. - Communicate with customer service to resolve any issues related to influencer or UGC content.

6. **Reporting and Analysis**: - Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer and UGC initiatives. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and UGC.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and design. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications**:

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
