**Role Overview**:
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the performance and growth of the TJ Hughes E-Commerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, selecting, and sourcing a diverse range of products to sell online while collaborating with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and manage stock levels effectively.

Beyond buying and merchandising, you will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, ensuring high-quality product content, and implementing digital merchandising strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales. Additionally, you will develop and execute promotional strategies to boost online performance.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for emerging trends, and the ability to make strategic buying decisions that align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict future trends to optimize online sales.
- Regularly review key performance indicators, including sales and discount levels.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring fast-selling lines are well-stocked while minimizing slow-selling products.
- React to shifts in demand to ensure continued supply of popular products.
- Negotiate best drop-shipping rates and supplier contracts for exclusive online deals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers while sourcing new suppliers for future product lines.
- Monitor and review product content best practices and competitor strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Set up and test new promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Participate in promotional activities to maximize product visibility and sell-through rates.
- Analyse customer reviews and implement changes to improve the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Buying Directors, Buyers, and the team to manage and update the e-commerce marketing strategy.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies to ensure TJ Hughes remains competitive in the online marketplace.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Previous experience in buying, merchandising, or e-commerce retail.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best deals.
- Solid understanding of digital merchandising principles and consumer buying behaviour.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic purchasing decisions.
- Experience in sourcing exclusive product lines and managing supplier relationships.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
- A proactive attitude with a drive for innovation and sales growth.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
