Role Purpose

The Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing collaborations with influencers, creators, media outlets, and strategic partners that support OSDIRE's brand growth. The postholder will be in charge of contacting influencers and establishing partnerships that promote the brand and expand its visibility. This role ensures consistent, compliant outreach practices and maintains accurate records of all partnership activity.

OSDIRE is an online freelancing marketplace where individuals and businesses can buy and sell digital services. It operates on a gig-based model, enabling freelancers ("sellers") to offer services such as graphic design, writing, programming, video editing, marketing, and more. Buyers can browse service listings, compare prices, and purchase work directly through the platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify and prioritise influencers, creators, bloggers, and platforms aligned with OSDIRE's brand objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all influencer outreach, initiating communication and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct structured outreach using approved messaging, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to UK marketing standards.
  • Secure mentions, promotional content, and collaborative opportunities that directly support brand awareness and visibility.

Partnership Management

  • Create, develop, and manage partnership relationships that promote the OSDIRE brand.
  • Draft and coordinate partnership agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly documented and approved internally.
  • Track partnership performance, deliverables, timelines, and communication history.
  • Support negotiation processes within delegated authority and company policy.

Campaign Support

  • Prepare briefs, creative assets, messaging guidelines, and talking points for influencers and partners.
  • Monitor partner content to ensure accuracy, appropriate brand representation, and ASA/FTC compliance.
  • Provide structured feedback and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and timelines.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain organised records of outreach activity, responses, and performance metrics.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on outreach results, partnerships secured, and campaign impact.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for influencer and partnership activity.

Key Skills & RequirementsEssential

  • Strong written communication and ability to produce clear, professional outreach communication.

Desirable

  • Experience with SaaS, tech, or online-service brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, tracking spreadsheets, or outreach databases.
  • Experience in influencer outreach, digital marketing, PR, or partnerships.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, managing multiple outreach pipelines.
  • Professional confidence in negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and the creator economy.
