We're looking for a hungry Head of Marketing to lead the marketing for an established but fast growing business in Bristol. This is a high turnover business with a start-up mentality. You will be able to have a huge impact in an extremely agile business,there's no red tape just ambition and big ideas.
We need a Head of Marketing who has an entreprenuerial spirit to lead the marketing of a number of established brands, plus a new product that is already attracting a large and prestigious customer base.

The experience we need.
- ROI driven with the analytical knowhow to demonstrate your success
- Technical proficiency, to include social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter), Google Analytics, a CRM platform, and experience updating and managing a website
- SEO driven copywriting skills and understanding
- Proven success working autonomously, handling high-volume workload and meeting deadlines under pressure
- First class knowledge of marketing trends and best practice combined with big ideas and ambition.
The role.
- Set and manage relevant KPIs that contribute to revenue growth
- Lead and develop the marketing team to work towards both individual and team objectives.
- Coordinate the work of Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Events/Promotions ensuring that plans are focussed, clear and aligned with business development aims for each brand. With an emphasis on revenue growth
- Coordinate product marketing, undertaking market research to inform and refine marketing activities, including with regard to customer and competitor research, and market perceptions of relevant brands
- Manage, oversee and review annual marketing budget
- Look for opportunities to develop and implement new and innovative ways to raise the profile of the brands
- Present marketing plans to the Senior Management Team
- Provide regular marketing information to the Chief Operating Officer including the analysis and monitoring of marketing trends, providing regular reports to the Senior Management Team
- Oversee the use of tools, systems and processes that support the efficient delivery of marketing and communication activities
