**Glasgow (hybrid working)**
**£22,000 - £24,000 per annum**
Morson are working with a leading food services and facilities management company to bring onboard a Facilities Administrator to assist with the smooth running of all hard services related issues across a multi-site contract.
This role is initially a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the day to day running of the administrator/engineering team
- Support the Technical Team Support Manager
- Collation of monthly timesheets, holidays
- Assisting in the performance of sub-contractors (H&S, Finance etc)
- Liaising with the Central Hub to ensure the smooth running of services
- Ensuring the timely processing of invoices on SAP/Basware and being the escalation for the accounts team
- Collation of monthly statistics
- Liaising with TFM’s/GSM’s and other required staff to ensure a smooth running of services across the contract
- Adhere to the company and client’s health and safety requirements
- Provide cover for other regions when required
- Cross checking/ensuring accuracy of quotations and contract change requests
- Provide support during and after any internal or external audits
**Skills, Experience and Knowledge**
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about what they do
- Adaptable and able to work flexibly to suit the workload
- Good organisational and planning skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter, with excellent time management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)
