**Facilities Administration Assistant**
Permanent,
Full Time, 35 Hours per week
**Salary**: Grade 2 £26,532 - £28,343 per annum (starting salary commences at £26,532)
Working within the Facilities Department, you will work closely with your manager to provide administrative support, ensuring their operational needs are met and assist with all operational duties required, this will include assisting with the procurement process, maintain filing systems, stock control and general clerical support such as, raising purchase orders, diary management, minute taking, collection and distribution of mail, ordering uniforms, disposing of confidential waste, waste transfer.
