Front of House Catering Staff

Cattle Country Farm Park is one of the largest tourist attractions in Gloucestershire, with over 125,000 visitors per year. GRAZE Cafe is the new cafe at Cattle Country, serving fresh, locally-sourced, seasonal food to our visitors. GRAZE is open during Cattle Country opening hours and selected weekdays too.

We are looking for experienced front of house staff to join our team.

Duties will include:

- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of GRAZE, providing all of our visitors with a warm welcome and excellent experience
- Counter service, including serving cakes and preparing hot drinks
- Serving food from the kitchen and clearing tables
- Taking orders and operating the tills

Job Requirements:

- 1 year minimum Catering experience necessary
- A friendly, calm and confident manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Smart, professional, and knowledgeable about our menu
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure that all Food Safety requirements are met
- A flexible approach and able to work additional hours when required
- Must be available to work weekends and school holidays
