Behaviour Support Assistant

“**Behaviour Buddies**” work on a full or half day basis, and will challenge and motivate pupils, reinforcing self-esteem and providing pastoral support. This contributes to raising achievement and attendance, to ensure schools meet their attendancetargets.
- £70 - £85 a day.
- We are looking for “Behaviour Buddies” in the following areas; **BB6, BB7, BB10, BB11 and BB12**.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

- Implement positive behaviour management.
- Work well with the classroom teacher.
- Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN.
- Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils.
- Show a positive attitude.
- Be reliable.
- Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
