**Global Sales Coordinator with a European language**
Tension Control Bolts (TCB) is a designer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of the most efficient High Strength Pre-loaded bolting system.
Having made significant investment into technology since the company was established 38 years ago, the business operates in a lean manner to provide an efficient service for customers across the globe. This has led to an outstanding reputation built by a dedicated and professional team of 50 personnel.
**The Role - Global Sales Coordinator**
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and the Sales Manager:
As an organised and driven office professional, you will join the business in a role that will consistently develop as the company continues to grow. Using your multi-language skills comprising of English, plus at least one other foreign language, you will take a hands-on approach to office tasks working alongside the team within a supportive, spacious open plan office. As a Global Sales Coordinator your role will be varied with main responsibilities and duties to include:
- Global customer account management, developing good relationships, looking after customers to ensure business levels are maintained.
- Processing quotations & sales orders in a timely manner.
- Checking stock availability & managing lead times using the company ERP system.
- Coordinating delivery dates and transportation worldwide for on time, in full, delivery.
- Ensuring accurate completion of customs required export documentation.
- Engaging in weekly team meetings and manage KPI’s for the Team.
- Assist with the continued development of standards and procedures within the Sales Team office to ensure customer needs and relationships are serviced efficiently.
- Working closely with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements.
- Update CRM system as and when required.
- Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve any queries.
- General office duties to include answering telephone & fielding calls.
**Our Requirements - Global Sales Coordinator**
Must have:
- Fluency with a European language such as French, German, Spanish or Italian.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service.
- Can demonstrate analytical thinking and has a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Takes responsibility and accountability for own work whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and flexible attitude to work, with commitment to deliver business support accurately and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbal and is comfortable at all levels of client/stakeholder contact.
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Import/export experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Additional attributes considered advantageous:
- Reliable, organised, and diligent, with an excellent telephone manner.
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision and use own initiative when needed.
- Has a proactive mindset and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
**The Package**

Working from the company offices in Wrexham, North Wales, your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Although, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business and clients.
