**Sales Coordinator**

ADVANCE SPARES LIMITED is a leading supplier of Fasteners, Machined parts & Electronic products supporting all industries globally. The Sales Co-ordinator will play a fundamental role in generating new and existing sales leads and managing the them from the enquiry stage right through until delivery for the fastener division whilst also ensuring quality standards and compliance are maintained at all times. This position is varied from day to day and spans a wide range of skills required to develop customers in the fastener business. The role also encompasses managing compliance within our electronic division and dealing with export licences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be able to follow up on potential issues until they are resolved
- Must be reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy

**Responsibilities**
**Develop and Maintain New and Existing Business,** **Manage compliance with export licenses and coordinate with Export Customers**
- Coordinate with other personnel on a daily basis
- Work with the Sales Director to develop new Sales Leads
- Deal With Export Licenses
- Keep a safe working environment by following safety regulations
- Cover for other employees as required
- Reception duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wrexham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical engineering: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
