Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to support a fast-paced sales team in the high purity stainless steel tube and fittings industry?

Dockweiler UK was founded in 1990 and has become a leading supplier of high-purity stainless steel tubes and fittings for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. Based on the Wrexham industrial estate, we are a small team who are looking to grow our experienced sales department.

We're looking for a
Sales Co-ordinator
who can liaise with various departments, whilst having a keen eye for detail and good customer service. As a key part of our internal sales operation, you'll help ensure smooth order processing, prompt customer responses and highly-detailed quotations. You'll be working closely with your experienced team of fellow sales co-ordinators, as well as a wide range of key accounts who are based nationwide.

Once you have completed your first 1-2 years in the role, there will also be an expectation to visit many of these key accounts on a regular basis, where some travelling will be involved.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career and is keen to develop new skills whilst working in a thriving industry. You will receive full and ongoing training on both our wide range of products and our tailored SAP software. Although your initial training will predominantly take place in our Wrexham office, you will also have the opportunity to progress to a hybrid/working-from-home arrangement when you are fully comfortable in the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing customer orders for stainless steel tube, pipe, and fittings
  • Preparing accurate quotations and sales confirmations using SAP system to ascertain stock levels
  • Liaising with customers on product availability, delivery times, and order updates
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
  • Maintaining CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date customer and order information
  • Supporting the external sales team with admin and client follow-ups
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales support or customer service role (ideally in industrial or stockholding sectors)
  • Knowledge of stainless steel or industrial fittings is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and ERP/CRM systems like SAP (Desirable, although training will be provided)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask
