We are currently seeking to recruit a **Quality Coordinator & Course Developer** to join our team on the Mercedes-Benz retailer apprenticeship programme, based in Milton Keynes. The Apprenticeship Programme is delivered from the state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Academy in Milton Keynes.
Ideally you will have knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and experience of reviewing and creating course materials, using your creativity to engage and inspire apprentices to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
**Essential**:
- Automotive technical training experience & relevant, current automotive technical qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship learning environment.
- Experience of training, coaching or mentoring team/s.
- Teaching, Assessing and Internal Quality experience.
- Passion for training and development
- Motivated by your own professional development.
- Excellent collaborator and resilient
- Strong ‘Customer First’ ethic
**Desirable**:
- Recent Mercedes-Benz workshop experience.
- Management experience.
- Knowledge & experience of Apprenticeship Standards.
- Relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and Prevent duties.
- Desire to develop creative learning material that inspire and engage apprentices.
**The key responsibilities**:
- Engaging with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous quality improvements.
- Undertake regular, and visible observations of teaching, learning and assessment to provide feedback to the Programme Management Team, and Trainers
- Support the delivery of regular standardisation meetings and continues professional development of the team
- Ensure apprentice progression is being adequately measured, meaningful feedback is given to the apprentice and employer to enable support and next steps to address any deficits in learning.
- Gather apprentice feedback, record, review and provide monthly reports to Senior Management team and stakeholders.
- Support and have input to maintenance of the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Support the facilitation of regular quality team meeting.
- Attend and actively participate in our curriculum development and regularly review learning materials and delivery planning.
- Support the recruitment processes for technical training staff to ensure they are fair and equitable, having the required levels of technical knowledge.
- Salary**:Up to £35K**, based on experience, plus car allowance
- Location: Mercedes-Benz Academy, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 days + national holidays
- Contract Period: Full-time contract
