Prodrive Composites designs and manufactures high quality composite components for a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, aerospace and motorsport. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to administer and organise all types or projects, from simple activities to more complex parts and full vehicle programs across the wider business ensuring collaboration and alignment of deliverables across the required teams. You will manage schedules, track deliverables in line with our quality management systems, communicate progress to all team members and monitor budgets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resource, equipment and information.
- Organise projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Help prepare budgets.
- Analyse risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
