**The Project Coordinator**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Project Coordinator who’s looking to continue their career in project management, and develop into a fully-fledged Project Manager.

Joining a small yet experienced Project Management Office, you’ll be responsible for providing proactive support to your new colleagues, taking on a variety of tasks to ensure our client projects are managed efficiently and to deadline.

This will include being the first point of contact for queries, assisting the team through the implementation of new software solutions for our clients, software upgrades and new features, along with managing your own smaller pieces of work.

Organised, calm, autonomous, adaptable, and a people-person able to influence and negotiate, are just a few terms used to describe you.

You have strong attention to detail, consistently applied throughout your career so far, particularly when documenting key project details in relating to SaaS projects.

Your time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills are second to none, meeting deadlines are no issue for you, nor is maintaining a calm and methodical approach to work during busy periods.

Although you must have a fair understanding of project management processes and methods, you don’t need to be an expert in project management, but being inquisitive and a keen learner will serve you well within our industry.
