**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Quality Coordinator to join our growing friendly team, at Niftylift.The role is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes.

Main Tasks of the Role: *
- The Supply Chain Quality Coordinator supports the management, maintenance, administration and general upkeep of the processes and systems relating to control of externally rejected components.
- Building customer confidence, this role will be on the front foot when it comes to ensuring process compliance, creating and maintaining a framework which delivers an on time service.
- Leading a multifunction team, responsible for ensuring all externally rejected components are returned to the relevant vendors on time
- Ensure that the management database is continually monitored, making required updates in the system and communicating outputs through status reports
- Lead all interactions and communications with the multi functional team to drive on time delivery
- Being fully familiar with the process deliverables and hardpoints, with the ability to take appropriate actions in the instance of non conformance
- Lead activities to continuously improve the process and standards
- Ensuring full process adherence across all associated stakeholders
- Collating data, produce reports, data entry, maintain internal systems
- Assist with training new members of the team and other staff on the overall process
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Experience within a procurement, Quality or finance environment
- Understanding of quality management principles, would be advantageous
- Strong administration skills, with a sound knowledge of using varied systems
- Negotiation experience, working with contracts, would be desirable
- Successful educational history to A level or equivalent standard
**Characteristics**:
- Ability to multi task, with a flexible approach
- High attention to detail and accurate numerical skills is essential
- Computer Literate -working knowledge of all Microsoft packages: particularly proficient in the ability to create & manipulate Excel spreadsheets to support analysis of data
- The ability to work using their own initiative requiring little supervision
- The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential
- Highly organised, including good time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in an office environment
- Sociable attitude & comfortable as part of a team
- Aptitude to pick up & learn new skills

Working Hours & Salary: *
- Working hours for the role are 40 per week (08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday, with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break).
- Salary will be between **£28,000 - £30,000 per annum** depending on experience
