**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Team Support**: Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders, including entering data into our CRM system and liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Customer Liaison**: Serve as a key contact for customer enquiries, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Keep our CRM system up-to-date by accurately maintaining customer and sales records.
- **Reporting**: Produce regular reports for the sales team, tracking progress against targets and providing insights into the sales pipeline.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and services.
- **General Administration**: Undertake a range of administrative duties, including diary management, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a sales administration, sales coordination, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, (Dynamics preferably) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Familiarity with the public transport or technology industries is advantageous but not essential.
