A fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join Tomorrow’s Guides based in Hungerford. You will work towards your Business Administration - Level 3 qualification.

Based mainly within our Sales team, the apprentice will also have the opportunity to spend a month - 6 weeks in various departments across the business (HR, Finance, Reviews and Marketing) to fully understand how the business works as a whole.

Our Sales team comprises of a Business Development team who are responsible for firstly identifying leads and selling the appropriate website package to potential clients. They then provide new customers with a first-class onboarding experience.

Once onboarded, the account is transferred to our Account Management team who then look after the client for the duration of their subscription with us - ensuring that they’re using the platform to its fullest and renewing their subscription year on year.

**Duties**:

- Liaising with customers to ensure a first-class experience
- Tracking stocks of office supplies
- Creating/Updating records in CRM System
- Working collaboratively with members of the Sales team
- Assisting management when required

- A working week of 35 hours - Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am -5:00 pm, 4:00 pm finish on a Friday
