Accounts Apprentice

Following a restructure this role will take principle responsibility for the cash management of all UK companies.

As part of the head office team, working closely with the financial controller and Finance Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the groups cash position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day oversight of all UK bank accounts
- Oversight of all UK owned non-UK bank accounts
- Cash allocation
- Bank Recs
- Direct Debit administration with the credit control team
- Interdivisional reallocation and reconciliation
- Payment set up
- Maintenance of the UK Credit Card programme
- Work with Group finance on managing cash operations in the UK based holding companies

**Key Requirements**:
Essential
- Experience within a fast paced finance team
- Experience of managing multiple bank accounts and multiple entities and currencies
- Comfortable working with a team spread across multiple sites
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels in the organistaiton
- Ability to work well within challenging environments

Desirable
- Following a finance qualification AAT/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
