**We are now seeking an organised & motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.**

We are looking for someone to support our internal sales team with a variety of administrative tasks. This role reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and in a challenging role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As office administrator your key duties will include:
- General support to the Internal sales team
- Answering the phone
- Filing
- Taking customer payments
- Assisting with Spreadsheets
- Preparing sample packs
- Stationary stock management
**Skills/Experience**:
- Previous administration experience
- Professional and personable telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure and to timescales
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as a flexible team member
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions
This is a part-time permanent office based role
Working Hours are 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary depending on experience (pro rata)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
