We provide first-class workshop facilities for car and commercial vehicle repair and servicing, as well as industry-leading nationwide roadside breakdown and recovery services.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform accurate data entry into Sage accounting software
- Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of data and overall operational efficiency.
- Goal objective to learn all aspects of a busy accounting office, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and general office duties
- Organise documents and files systematically for easy retrieval.
- Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

**What we need from you**
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of Sage is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must be fluent in English.

**Schedule**

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
