This strategy perfectly positions Berkshire Labels to provide optimum quality, consistency and cost effective solutions for short to medium print runs, personalisation right through to longer run label requirements.

**Job Role**
As a Print Machine Operator in Rewind your primary focus will be to ensure the timely output of print work, utilising all available conventional rewind equipment. Comprehensive training will be provided so previous experience is not essential, just the enthusiasm to work, learn & progress in a fast paced print environment.
Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work on a consistent basis. Your main task involves ensuring the consistent production of high quality printed labels. Attention to detail is paramount for this role to ensure we achieve the exacting requirements of our customer base. Good time management & prioritisation is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be customer focused is essential. The role does require some basic administrative work, including data entry.
**Skills/Experience**
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines
- Able to understand and follow clear work instructions
- Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required
- Prioritisation skills are essential as well as the ability to effectively manage your own workload
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferential but not essential as **full training** will be given to the successful applicant
Starting salary of £18,000.00 per year with clear progression opportunities dependent on competence & performance.
Please note that this role involves shift work
