Job Title: Display Manager (Programmatic & Print Media) Reports to: Display Director Work Pattern: Hybrid Working Starcom's Display Investment team is incredibly successful with the high-profile Samsung account. As a result of this success and winning additional new business, we have an opportunity for a Display Manager to join the team that is responsible for planningand buying both Programmatic Display and Print Media. The team is comprised of 20+ individuals with diverse skills and expertise across the media and technology landscape. What will I be doing? You will play an integral role within this ambitious, and collaborative Investment team. Reporting to the Display Investment Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery for Samsung’s display investment. Working in partnership with yourProgrammatic counterparts, and aligning with other specialist practices, such as Affiliates, you will formulate campaign strategies and plans that meet Samsung’s performance objectives. Product launches and promotional periods are the most exciting tactical moments for Samsung, where teams work to deliver flawless executions and develop industry-leading approaches that often become award-winning work. The Client Samsung is a high-profile client within the agency, including _all_ channels, not just Digital Display. This is an ambitious client with a sophisticated and progressive approach to media buying. We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact; Confident, and able to motivate, educate and aid the development of junior members of the team. You will be well supported to 'hit the ground running, and manage your team autonomously. At this manager level, you will need - Relevant experience in planning consumer-facing Programmatic and Digital Campaigns, including performance - Understanding of the programmatic digital marketplace, inclusive of ad-tech and programmatic opportunities (although programmatic trading experience is not a requirement) - Excellent relationships with media owners and 3rd party suppliers - Experience in training and delegating work to more junior team members You will be keen to make your mark on a rapidly growing client, be passionate about performance media, have an inquisitive mind, demonstrate strategic and critical thinking, and be able to drive account profitability.
