We are seeking an individual that has experience and is passionate about the luxury marketplace. This role is split across key accounts for Spark Foundry and would benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to move the brands campaignsforward across the, Publishing, Direct Display and Audio spaces.
- The new AD will also play a leading role in the investment department and work closely with the leadership team to take Spark’s offering forward. Furthermore, you will contribute by training junior team mates and getting involved in new business.
- Being a confident negotiator and harboring good relationships with partners and auditors.
- A strong knowledge of the luxury marketplace and it’s unique ways of working is vitally important for this role.
- You will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and understanding of working with high profile brands and have a track record of developing innovative work, with commercial acumen at the heart of everything you do.

**Qualifications**
- A confident negotiator with a strong understanding of commercials. Be aware of the commercial requirements of the agency and client requirements from a deal and value perspective. Always thrive to maximise value for your clients.
- A proven track record of working with Luxury clients and a passion to use the latest technologies to deliver against set KPIs.
- You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
- Organisational skills to manage team workload effectively, ensure timely output and high quality of all work shared with internal teams or with clients.
- Hold yourself and others to a very high standard of professionalism. You are responsible for your own output.
