JOB TITLE: Mobile Lab Product Owner

SALARY: £124,653 - £146,650 in London or £104,992 - £123,520 outside of London

LOCATION(S): London or Bristol

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our locations.

What you’ll need- Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision which will be the essence of your products: what are the problems we are solving, for whom, and why now is the right time to address these. Ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues to influence and deliver the product roadmap and to build a team of teams’ environment across the bank. This requires prior experience working closely with leaders and executives to shape product and capabilities to be exploited to reach desired outcomes.- Prior experience in working with technology product propositions, P&L (profit&loss), benefit cases and pricing, preferably in a B2B context, with an enterprise/as a service software product proposition.- Ability to be the enabler of a thoughtful prioritisation and experience in evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver customer value in the quickest possible way, given a variety of constraints.- Strong and demonstrable experience of people management across different level of seniority, including domain experts and more generalist contributors.
