Your ability to motivate not only yourself, but others around you is crucial. You will have a clear product vision and expertly communicate and translate this to users, partners and your agile delivery team. Working alongside a team of Mobile Product Owners, your ambition for ever-better products will be evidenced via a continuously evolving Mobile roadmap.
As a Mobile App Product Owner you'll be the main point of contact for your features. With the support of your cross-functional team, it will be for you to plan and allocate all product-related work. Your broad experience in delivering product change and service delivery will equip you with the skills and flexibility needed to be successful.

**You’ll deliver**
As an inspirational product owner you will lead and motivate a dedicated multi-functional squad consisting of development, analysis, testing and UX/UI design.
You will work closely with the product manager to shape, create and update your roadmap balancing the strategic agenda, service performance goals, and your own creative direction.
You will create user stories, epics and initiatives
- everything needed to create a balanced and prioritised backlog for your squad to deliver each fortnightly sprint cycle
Prepare and own sprint planning, releasing regular value to your customers in line with fortnightly sprint cycles
Participate and host agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, refinement and planning sessions, retrospectives, and Show & Tells

Proven success in hitting the bullseye of project timelines through dynamic, iterative methods like Agile/SCRUM.
Navigate the commercial cosmos with finesse, striking the perfect balance between business success and crafting unforgettable customer journeys.
Laser-focused on details, you're the maestro orchestrating the entire digital symphony - from concept to tracking, leaving no pixel unturned.
Fueling projects with passion, you're not just proactive; you're the dynamic leader charting the course through the entire development galaxy.

Experience in developing great consumer-facing Digital products and services that are scalable and deliver tangible impact
Experience of working in a fast-growing FinTech business
Certified Product Owner, e.g. SCRUM or SAFe
