**JOB ROLE: Estate Operative**

**SALARY**: £26, 000 per annum

**LOCATION**:Beaufort Park, Colindale, London

**HOURS PER WEEK**:35 Hours per work starting Thursday - Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday Off)

We have an exciting opportunity that has become available at Beaufort Park, our flagship development in Colindale, North West London, spans 25 acres. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an Estate Operative, your essential responsibilities include daily removal of wheelie bins, removal of residential bulk waste, driving a bin tug vehicle to move rubbish bins around the development, litter picking to maintain tidiness in common areas, jet washing of car parks to ensure cleanliness, and cleaning of bin rooms to uphold hygiene standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining the property’s functionality and creating a pleasant environment for resident.
