Due to an internal promotion at Spanish City a position has become available to assist with the day to day office administration at Spanish City.
Spanish City is a multi faceted hospitality business offering Tearoom, Trenchers Restaurant & Takeaway, Champagne Bar, 1910 Restaurant and our St Mary's Lighthouse Function Suite.
The office administration will assist with the following:
- Responding to voice mails and telephone calls
- Booking reservations for customers through our reservation systems
- Managing event diaries
- Processing gift voucher sales
- Confirming reservations already booked in the system.
On occasion e.g. when other staff are on holiday or during special events there may be the option to pick up additional shifts over weekends.
In addition to your hourly rate of pay we will also offer:
- A share of the staff tips (tronc) paid every 4 weeks into your account.
- Discounted food during your shift.
- The chance to be part of a friendly team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
