Finance Administrator

Jackson Hogg is supporting a North Tyneside based client on their search for a Finance Administrator. This is a temporary 8-10 weeks position with an immediate start AND flexible starting times with a 4 day working week
This role will be a part of the Corporate Travel Services Team.
Daily Tasks
- Banking
- Daily diary - run reports on bookings to be invoiced
- Create and send invoices to corporate clients
- Contact hotels and other travel suppliers to obtain supplier invoices
- Load supplier invoices onto client files on back office
- Invoice out new and existing bookings creating ‘final invoice’ of all charges due
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Review car hire bookings and update client files accurately
- Update commission earnings on our finance system to ensure cost of sale and P&L are being reported accurately
- Be part of the overall success of the business by ensuring invoicing is carried out in a timely fashion
- Answer and address client invoice queries, correcting errors and issuing new documentation
Weekly Tasks
- Working alongside our head office accounts function our admin assistant will take responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
