Job Title: Financial Administrator

Location: Mochdre

**Salary**: £30,000-£45,000 experience dependant

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Invoices: Generate and manage sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Purchase Invoices: Upload and process purchase invoices.
- Account Recognition: Monitor and recognise accounts accurately to ensure financial data integrity.
- Chasing Payments: Proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure cash flow is maintained.
- Account Administration: Handle all aspects of account-related administrative tasks.
- VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
- Monthly P&L: Generate and review monthly Profit & Loss statements to track company performance.
- Hours Processing: Ensure accurate processing of timesheets and employee hours.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage miscellaneous tasks such as overseeing fuel cards, phones, and vehicle MOTs/services.
- Money Management: Take responsibility for tracking and managing all incoming and outgoing funds.
- Credit Limits: Regularly check and update credit limits to maintain financial stability.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Xero accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial management.
- Knowledge of invoice factoring would be desirable however not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
