We are currently looking for an experienced **Weighbridge Operative**to join our fantastic team at our Raynes Quarry, which is located close to Old Colwyn.

**About the role**
Duties of the **Weighbridge Operative**will include the day-to-day operations of the weighbridge and administrative site/quarry tasks. The role is to operate safely and with meeting production demands. Working to keep Safety & housekeeping around site to a high standard.
Your role will include (not exhaustive):
- Work to site/quarry daily production targets with Weighbridge operations and site Administrative support tasks
- Prioritising & multi tasking your daily tasks.
- Promote and maintain good communications with all departments - Quarry personnel, Internal Sales, Shipping, Customers and Hauliers.
- Liaise with weighbridge staff from other areas, Hauliers & Company Fleet Drivers.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, complaints or changes in the requested order.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities to reduce costs & increase quality,efficiency and customer service.
- Accurate data working onto CRM, Outlook, SAP & Genesys
- Follow SHE policies and procedures
- Housekeeping and Maintenance of site operating equipment across the site to provide optimum production including keeping the weighbridge platform clean.
To succeed in the role of a **Weighbridge Operative** the following is what we are looking for in a future colleague:
- Knowledge of Weighbridge, Quarrying and Administrative operations
- Excellent telephone manner required when dealing with customers
- Strong administration, numerical and IT skills are required in this role
- Good Timekeeping - Flexible as to the sites requirements
- Good Communication skills - bringing problems to the attention of Line Management
- IT Literate
Day Shift: Mon to Fri 06:00 to 16:00, there my be a requirement to work an occasional Saturday 07:00 to 12:00
