Bookkeeper / Administration Assistant
Full Time / Flexible Working (ideally locally)
**Responsibilities**:
- Bookkeeping on a weekly/monthly basis using Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
- Downloading invoices from multiple trade accounts for clients, uploading to accounting software
- Maintaining Accountancy Manager software
- Initial preparation of VAT returns
- Booking accommodation
- Maintaining training records
- Assisting with general admin
- Staff hours & expenses
- Good numerical and data analysis skills
- Organised with the ability to cope with multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines and take ownership
- Comfortable working independently and as a team
- Computer literate with experience in word/excel/outlook.

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
