We are recruiting for a sales administrator to work within a global tech firm.
This role is remote, will start asap and will be for approx. 8 weeks.

Duties of the sales administrator
- Managing schedules, appointments and communications with colleagues and customers when necessary
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including the sales team (direct reports to the Director of Sales), sales operations, professional services, marketing, finance, etc.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as submitting operations requests (via Salesforce) and following through to ensure completion
- Securing travel arrangements with necessary
Skills & Experience of the sales administrator:

- Personal Support / Administrative experience
- Professional and Team oriented with ability to contribute as a team member of the sales staff
- Strong written, oral and visual communications skills with attention to detail
- Must be highly organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage internal projects
- Skilled in time management and workload/project management
- SaaS/tech Sales experience and terminology proficiency
- Salesforce proficiency a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.38 per hour
