Sales Administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate data entry in our systems, including Sage and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for sales meetings as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to support sales operations.
**Skills**
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on sales administration processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Pay: £30,966.00 per year
