**Sales Administrator **who is interested in fashion and works to a high level of accuracy, with advanced Microsoft Excel experience and excellent administrative, organisational and customer service skills is required for a Luxury Fashion Brand based in Central London.
**JOB OVERVIEW**
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Administrator who is interested in fashion and works to a high level of accuracy, with advanced Microsoft Excel experience and excellent administrative, organisational and customer service skills.
Working as the Sales Administrator you will work alongside the Warehouse Logistics Team in UK and Spain to ensure deliveries arrive completely as packing list factories issued, send allocation of the goods to wholesale customers and retail departments, monitor the payments, and instruct deliveries.
You will communicate with wholesale customers and external sales agents on orders, confirmation, deliveries, and payments.
You will also manage stock and sample sales, as well as updating sales reports to the commercial director regularly during the sales and delivery period.

**DUTIES**
Once trained up on the systems your duties as the Sales Administrator include:
- Complete the collection linesheets, entering pack shot images / swatches / categories on Joor and send over WS customers, upload orders for supporting sales campaign.
- Issue the order acknowledgements and proforma invoice to WS customers
- Update sales reports to the commercial director regularly during the sales period
- Arranging courier collection for shipments from factories (vendors)
- Working alongside external warehouse logistics team to ensure that deliveries arrive completely and correct to the packing list sent by the factories (vendors)
- Allocating goods which have arrived at the UK and Spain warehouse logistics to wholesale customers & retail departments
- Arranging shipments to WS customers & retail departments with warehouse logistics team
- Liaise with account team to issue the proforma and sales invoices
- Assist various departments with understanding of stock locations and key dates regarding logistics and arrival of stock
- Communicate with all WS customers and Sales Agent on payment terms, delivery schedules and advise of any delays/changes to schedule
- Reporting sales team delivery updates such as received/sent/balance per customer weekly during the season
- Develop a system to maintain sales records and financial information with the finance team
- including any potential bad debt exposure
- Responsibilities include coordinating with other depts, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction
- Organising the goods for retail/sample sale with sales team
- Administrative duties as required on an ad-hoc basis
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Interested in Fashion
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with external clients
- Highly organised, efficient, self-motivated, solution-oriented individual
- Works well under pressure
- Experience of Zedonk a plus
