**Job Summary**
Job Overview:
The role will involve the to support management in longer-term development of the online retail business, including sourcing of new products and development of new sales channels.

As an Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of our e-commerce team, responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. You will support various aspects of online sales operations, from customer service to order processing, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for maximising the sales proceeds. They also have responsibility to ensure the prompt and safe despatch of orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and update information as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise office software such as Excel and Word for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock management as required.

**Skills**
- Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and Word, with strong computer literacy skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and experience using Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
