GXO is currently on the hunt for a talented and passionate individual for the role of Export First Line Manager. As Export First Line Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the workload for international administrators. You will helpto guide and motivate your team in reaching KPI targets and ensuring excellent service.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You would be working predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, some flexibility may be required during peak times.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to workscheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Monitor KPIs for customer service delivery
- Ensure that the daily task checklist is completed and signed off
- Offer support and guidance to your team
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards are maintained and followed
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- GCSEs or equivalent standards, especially in Maths and English
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- An ability to lead and manage your team
- An ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload
