Transport First Line Manager (Nights)Join to apply for the Transport First Line Manager (Nights) role at GXO Logistics, Inc.We are currently recruiting for a Transport First Line Manager to join our Costa Whitbread team in Wellingborough. You will take shift responsibility for a team of Transport Clerks and Drivers, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets while ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to. Your role will require continuous resource coordination to ensure that the shift completes all agreed routes on time and fully, exceeding the minimum key performance indicators. This is a full‑time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.Pay, benefits and moreWe’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,645.76 per annum (inclusive of shift premium) and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
