Do you like the idea of working on a high-profile contract with one of the leading names in the logistics industry?Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport First Line Manager to join our Costa Whitbread team in Wellingborough. You will take shift responsibility for team of Transport Clerks and Drivers, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are adhered to. To continuously coordinate resources/activity in real time to ensure that the shift completes all agreed routes on time and fully, in excess of the minimum key performance indicators.This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 06:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £38,645.76 per annum (inclusive of shift premium) and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
