Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a Transport First Line Manager to be based at our site in Wellingborough. You will play a key role in ensuring that our driving team delivers a first-class professional delivery service to the Whitbread and CostaCoffee contracts. You will manage the driving team through an industry leading telematics system and a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis on nights. If successful, you will work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 06:00 - 18:00

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum. In addition, we offer 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, andmany other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure that all drivers are compliant with WTD
- Manage driver standards through telematics technology
- Propose initiatives that will support cost reductions
- Provide a safe, fair, consistent, and inclusive working environment for all employees

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in a transport environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to grow alongside and develop within a team dynamic
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
