Could you just be our cup of tea? Ready to give it your best shot? Maybe you’re looking for a role that will keep you grounded? We are on the lookout for a First Line Manager to join us at our Wellingborough site for our customer, Costa Whitbread.

You’ll join us working an any 5 from 7 shift rotation working either 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00. So, if you have a ‘latte’ to give us, we would love to hear from you

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000.00 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Carry out the day to day management of a team of warehouse colleagues, managing performance, setting KPI’s and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
- Focus on colleague development by implementing a consistent appraisal process
- Take responsibilities for Health and Safety and lead by example in order to ensure consistent compliance

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment, ideally with temperature-controlled exposure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
