**About M Group Services Plant and Fleet and your team**
With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than **9,000 **vehicles and over **25,000** owned or externally hired plant assets.
Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.
**Who you are?**
As the Fleet Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Fleet Solutions Team who are responsible for all fleet supply and associated activities across M Group Services companies, including a fleet of over 8000 Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) and Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) - a mixture of owned and external hire vehicles.

**As the Fleet Administrator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:
- Maintain standard operating process and procedure documentation (ISO)
- Updating our Key2 Fleet system and tracking systems
- Working closely with external suppliers
- Assist the Fleet Manager with upcoming and ongoing projects
- Day-to-day communications and organising vehicle movements with workshops, bodyshops and Fleet Hire staff
**What you’ll bring?**
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in fleet administration working for a large fleet, vehicle hire or leasing company (Cars, LCV & HGV’s) preferred, however full training will be provided
- Working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
