The main purpose of this role is to effectively plan work into production, to maximise performance most efficiently and cost-effectively, whilst ensuring that quality standards and customer SLA’s or requirements are achieved or exceeded.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To analyse the structure of the team/workflow to determine how it operates and collaborate with management team to determine objectives by utilising Power BI tools/functions
- Produce accurate and meaningful data on all relevant production activities such as throughput, volume, efficiency rates, performance against targets, cost, spend and revenue, SLA’s, KPI’s, and create best in class MI packs
- Use of Excel to unify multiple reporting platforms and facilitate effective resource and production planning
- Analyse and interpret data to ensure a high level of accuracy
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI & Excel
- To maintain databases and records and generates reports related to analysis
- Carry out regular reviews of plans with the Operations Manager to keep them accurately up to date

**ABOUT YOU**
- Expert on Power BI
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience of working in a similar role previously
- Experience of data collation and trend analysis
- Planning skills, with the ability to accurately identify risks and opportunities
- Attention to detail and accuracy with strong Analytical skills

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
