The People Team

Scape People Team work closely with our managers to support our employees through their time with Scape. This includes recruitment, onboarding, absence management, learning and development, offboarding, employee benefits and most importantly enhancing our employee experience. We don’t just sit behind a desk, we are part of the Scape operational team who work across both HQ and the sites to make sure we partner our managers and understand and support our employees.

People Administrator

The People Administrator will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the team. Working closely with the People Coordinator and Senior People Manager day-to-day, this role will support across all operational areas ensuring all administration is completed and accurate. There will be a focus on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding but the opportunity to be part of the wider team activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Support the people team with all administration tasks.
- Support across recruitment including updating the ATS, posting vacancies and ensuring managers complete recruitment tasks via the ATS within agreed timelines.
- Completing the onboarding process for new starters including preparing onboarding documents, drafting contracts, adding employees to the people system and completing pre-employment checks.
- Assisting with monitoring probations and preparing appropriate letters.
- Support with other admin tasks as and when required.
- Maintaining accurate data records on all systems - People HR, RotaCloud, Learnamp, Workplace.
- Monitor weekly rota approvals and support with payroll preparation.
- Assist with arranging mandatory training in line with the training calendar and monitoring attendance and completion.
- Support the people team with project work and engagement activities.
- Bring ideas and suggestions to the team to support process improvements and employee initiatives.
- Seeking support and guidance from the team as and when required.
- Taking ownership of self-development.

- CIPD level 3 or Foundation Certificate an advantage

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
