Key Responsibilities:
Culture and Engagement: Culture is incredibly important to us at Resident Hotels, and this is always being reflected on and developed. We carry out quarterly pulse surveys to see how we are doing and what our Team Members need. It's important that we have a team-focused culture across all our locations and ensure our values are embedded everywhere. You will support the People Team to ensure that all team members have the opportunity to provide their feedback and help share the results and actions from the surveys. You will also manage our Engage platform, providing regular communication to the team providing information relating to people focused initiatives.

We are looking for a People Administrator to join our People Team who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional discretion. Maintaining trust, integrity and confidentiality as a priority.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous administrative experience.
- An interest in pursuing a career within HR.
- Experience working within the Hospitality industry.

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
