**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of properties for sale or rent.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and sellers.
- Coordinate property viewings and negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an estate agent, preferably in a similar market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: £250,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
