The role will involve working to targets, building and harvesting relationships with a bank of clients as well as the possibility of conducting viewings on behalf of sellers therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential. The role will be primarily office-based but may entail some fieldwork, and the successful candidate will be put through recognised industry qualifications, as well as being part of a growing, close-knit team. You will keep regular contact with their clients, provide updates to sellers as well as: • Arranging and where required conducting viewings • Negotiating offers on multiple properties • Arranging valuations • Provide advice on best practices and recognised techniques when selling property • Being proactive in a number of cross selling opportunities About Lomond Property Founded in 2005, Lomond Property are a leading, independent Estate Agent and Ayrshire’s largest Letting Agent. Key Responsibilities will include: • Negotiating on multiple properties • Update vendors and purchasers • Build and harvest relationships • Booking and following up Valuations • Booking and following up Viewings • Cross selling opportunities Required Skills & Attributes: • Full, clean driving licence • Microsoft Office experience and good IT skills • A willingness to learn and have a keen interest in the property market • Well organised and structured. • Skilled negotiator • Reliable and punctual • Articulate and well presented • Excellent communicator Lomond Property are a progressive, equal opportunities employer.
