**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will leverage your knowledge of the local market to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients throughout the real estate process. This position requires strong communication skills, an organised approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
- Provide clients with market analysis and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property trends and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with other professionals including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property inspectors to facilitate transactions.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong administrative abilities to manage documentation and client interactions efficiently.
- Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
