You may already be working within Estate Agency or property, or you might be looking to establish a career within this fast paced and exciting sector for the first time.

The role will involve working to targets, building and harvesting relationships with a bank of clients as well as the possibility of conducting viewings on behalf of sellers therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential.

The role will be primarily office-based but may entail some fieldwork, and the successful candidate will be put through recognised industry qualifications, as well as being part of a growing, close-knit team.

Negotiating offers on multiple properties
• Provide advice on best practices and recognised techniques when selling property

Negotiating on multiple properties
• Build and harvest relationships
• Full, clean driving licence
• Microsoft Office experience and good IT skills
• A willingness to learn and have a keen interest in the property market
• Lomond Property are a progressive, equal opportunities employer. Dependent on experience, the successful candidate can expect a basic salary with competitive bonus structure and an achievable realistic OTE of around £35,000-£40,000.
